Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and industry panels at global tech conferences
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented products or frameworks
- Experience presenting at CES, Web Summit, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC partnerships)
