- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in enterprise environments
