- Analyze geopolitical and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making processes
- Secure $50M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private innovation consortia
- Present strategic visions at global forums like Web Summit and CES Future Stage
- Mentor PhD researchers in technology commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/ML preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience securing federal grants and managing R&D budgets >$10M
