Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Ensure ethical implementation and sustainability of future tech solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
