Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
