Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, carbon-negative systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech, space tech, and decentralized networks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Collaborate with R&D to validate feasibility of breakthrough concepts within 18-month cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications positioning InnovateTomorrow as the 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching products in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi studies, technology readiness assessments)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks governing autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed technology journals
