As a key architect of our 2026 technology vision, you'll work directly with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems. You'll shape our innovation pipeline while ensuring alignment with market demands and ethical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains including AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published thought leadership
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on technology commercialization or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology management or innovation management (preferred)
