- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Mentor junior talent in next-generation technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in technology/innovation preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation communities
