Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Present findings to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary innovations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology development and deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in developing commercialized quantum/AI solutions
- Deep expertise in future trends analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional leadership experience managing high-impact R&D teams
- Strong background in intellectual property management and tech commercialization
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic planning software
