Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biohybrid systems) and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling experimental technologies to commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published research or patented technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
