- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Present technology vision to stakeholders and secure buy-in for experimental initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive ethical technology frameworks ensuring responsible innovation deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, INSEAD)
