Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness and competitive differentiation
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption metrics across business units

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
