Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry labs to validate emerging tech
- Translate complex scientific innovations into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investors on market disruption opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with scenario planning for 2020-2030 technology inflection points
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized within 5-year horizon
