Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3.0 and metaverse ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs in autonomous systems and sustainable tech
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for tech incubation initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports on regulatory impacts and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in future assessment methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
