Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap for emerging fields
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineering, design, and research teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and ethical implementation
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future tech implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with quarterly strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
