Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging tech domains
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe programs
