Responsibilities
- Scan emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026 market integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning breakthrough innovations with commercial viability and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and business teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Produce competitive analyses and market positioning reports for next-gen technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and investors to secure funding and buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Experience building tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation hubs
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
