Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and impact on business outcomes
- Drive cultural transformation to foster experimentation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing and implementing future technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, engineering, and business units
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI) highly valued
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy preferred
