Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis for emerging tech trends
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-generation digital ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or venture-backed scale-ups
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
