Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation portfolio and R&D budget allocation
- Foster partnerships with startups and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or scale-up experience
