Responsibilities

- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Anticipate ethical, regulatory, and societal implications of emerging technologies
- Build executive-level frameworks for technology adoption and ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into scalable business models
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical background with ability to model complex technological adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
