Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Define innovation metrics and track progress against 2026 technology milestones
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in emerging tech fields (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
