Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service innovations
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and invest in disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM, AI Strategy from MIT)
