Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing quantum AI integration and sustainable tech adoption
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and ethicists to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators for technology scouting
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to mitigate implementation risks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation through quarterly tech hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing multi-million-dollar investment decisions
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
