- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolios

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Certified in AWS/GCP/Azure quantum computing platforms
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience with federal SBIR/STTR grant processes
