Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Drive patent development and IP strategy (15+ filings/year)
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients for enterprise solution deployment
- Present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor talent in emerging tech specializations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 50+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, generative AI ethics
- Series A+ fundraising experience ($50M+ raised)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
