Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Track record of securing >$3M in innovation funding
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
