- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with commercial viability post-2025
- Design human-centered technology ecosystems balancing automation and ethical workforce augmentation
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Drive open-source initiatives for democratizing advanced technological access
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record implementing quantum-resistant security protocols and distributed ledger systems
- Expertise in human-AI collaboration frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology implications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with agile methodologies
- Certification in Futurology (CF) or Technology Foresight (TF) preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
