- AI Infrastructure Oversight: Lead the architectural design for scalable AI operations, ensuring high performance and security standards.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on emerging tech trends (e.g., Synthetic Data, Neuro-interfaces) with a focus on commercial viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Process Optimization: Streamline operational workflows by integrating cutting-edge automation tools and predictive analytics.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor high-performing teams dedicated to the future of tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Data Strategy.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends 3-5 years in advance and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving projects from concept to reality.
