Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing AI-driven innovations that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics platforms.
- Monitor emerging technology trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for NexGen Dynamics.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance frameworks for AI operations, ensuring compliance and ethical use.
- Drive the integration of next-gen automation tools to streamline internal workflows and enhance product scalability.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical roadmaps with long-term corporate vision and financial goals.
- Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, AI operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning lifecycles, and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing budgets ranging from $5M to $10M and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
