Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, automation, and neural networks.
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by researching and evaluating cutting-edge technologies and prototyping novel solutions.
- Roadmap Execution: Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful delivery of 2026 strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
