Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercialization
- Lead development of patentable solutions in sustainable tech domains
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Oversee $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation and ROI optimization
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and market disruption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience securing >$20M in venture funding
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
