Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical vision into actionable strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align diverse teams.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and technology pilots.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical fluency in at least two of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, or Cybersecurity.
