Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify viable integration opportunities.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to assess feasibility, risks, and ROI of new tech initiatives.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Present strategic insights to the C-Suite, articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business analysis within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic plans and leading organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
