Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets within the futuristic tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate high-impact technologies.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with adopting futuristic tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Masterās degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Architecture, or R&D Management.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of technical data.
