Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technology trajectory for the year 2026, identifying key trends and potential disruptions.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on competitive landscapes and future market demands to validate our technological direction.
- IP Strategy: Identify opportunities for patenting and intellectual property development related to upcoming innovations.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with HR to recruit top-tier talent capable of executing the future 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
