Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies with 5-year market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough innovations through agile MVP cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Tech conferences
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Published in Nature or Science with >200 citations
- Active security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA funding mechanisms
