- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, BioTech) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify high-potential opportunities for disruption and innovation, presenting data-driven proposals to executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure strategic vision is translated into operational reality.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech landscapes to benchmark against industry leaders and identify gaps in our market positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching long-term strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically within the AI and software development sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
