- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning

- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns and exponential growth principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AI ethics, quantum export controls)
