Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions
- Present disruptive innovations at World Economic Forum and CES summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in quantum machine learning initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Security clearance for government collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
