Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending sustainable tech solutions with measurable environmental impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption goals and ESG frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future-facing systems
- Represent company at global tech summits to establish thought leadership in 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 2026+ innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on future tech
- Certified in Technology Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Experience scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercial deployment in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
