Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech roadmaps with market evolution
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3 R&D divisions
- Present future-vision briefings to Fortune 500 clients

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or Systems Engineering
