Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation budget for 2026 initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of 12+ futurists and technologists
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and adoption rates
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry thought leaders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with Fortune 500 digital transformation programs
- Certified in both TOGAF and PMI-ACP frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
