Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published speaker at TechCrunch Disrupt, Web Summit, or equivalent
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Portfolio demonstrating tech commercialization success
- Fluency in English with Mandarin/Spanish preferred
