Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping neural-adjacent systems for healthcare and climate solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with VPs of Innovation at Fortune 500 clients to commercialize next-gen tech
- Present strategic vision at international tech summits and publish thought leadership papers
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech incubation projects
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Proven track record commercializing bleeding-edge AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in neural interfaces, quantum cryptography, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in Tech Ethics from IEEE or ACM (required)
