Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies in emerging markets
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually with ROI-focused decision making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough research
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining hands-on involvement in high-priority projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups

- Track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR or equivalent market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with MBA preferred
