- Lead 15+ person cross-functional teams across 3 global innovation labs
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement futuristic tech pilots
- Present strategies at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- File 10+ patents annually for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Track record of securing $50M+ in funding or managing $100M+ R&D budgets
- Published white papers on 2026 tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
