Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative computing solutions across product portfolios
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external innovation councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech projects
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature Technology Review or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
