- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven success in launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Published research in emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese a plus
