Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech policy implications and shape corporate innovation strategy
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior researchers in next-generation technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in emerging technology R&D or strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or neurotech
